- All orders under $ 50.00 US are shipped for free using standard delivery to the Continous 48 States. Extra shipping will apply to all orders outside of the Continous 48 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. If you need items rush delivered, please contact us to make sure the item is in stock and is available for rush delivery.

- There are no refunds on opened items, but unopened items may be exchanged within 30 days if safely shipped back. A1TrainingCollars.com is not responsible for return shipping costs. In the event that the wrong item has been shipped, please contact us immediately and we will mail out the correct item with a call tag to cover return shipping. Call tags will not be issued for general returns.
Unopened items maybe returned, but they will need a RA number. Please Contact Us to get a RA number and the correct address to send all returns.
